Ema is a contemporary British artist currently living in Leeds. They primarily create sculptural work out of varying mediums, including latex, papier mache and aluminium wire. Themes of the domestic, the uncanny, nostalgia , female form and the anti-form follow through all of Ema's work.

Ema enjoys creating installation and immersive work, hoping to bring their audience into their mind.

Ema's main goal in her current work is to grasp the feeling of home, take it out of the world we live in and show the audience how she sees her roots. Ema aspires to create these spaces based on other areas of natural beauty in the uk, creating a project within different communities where other's ideas on home can further be explored.
